More | Flyer | Registration Family Night @ Your Library The Racine Public Library, 75 Seventh St., invites children of all ages and their families to May Family Night on Thursday, May 24th from, 6:00-7:00p.m. Master Gardener will share garden stories, gardening tips, and provide a free flower for families to bring home. The library is seeking donations of Golden Books published in Racine, WI to build on its current collection. The library has been able to obtain about 400 of the nearly 1000 published in this area. If you or someone you know has Golden Books to donate, please contact the library at 262.636.9217. The lists below are the titles that the library is looking for. Golden Book Browsing List Printable List (2 Columns) May After School Stories and Crafts The Racine Public Library, 75 Seventh St., invites children ages 4-10 and their parents for our After School Stories and Crafts program. Join us for a fun celebration of Father’s Day. The program will be held on Tuesday, May 22nd from 3:30-4:30p.m. Please call the Youth services Dept. at 262-636-9245 for more information. Registration is required. The Racine Public Library, 75 7th Street, invites children in grades 1-5 to participate in the Ruff Readers program. This program begins Tuesday, May 1st, and goes through Thursday, June 7th. On Monday-Thursday from 4:00-5:00 p.m., kids have a unique opportunity to spend 15 minutes reading to a non-judgemental listening dog. Time slots are on first come/first serve basis.
